In Place – Social Prescribing Network is a unique partnership with Calgary-based agencies (JFSC, Calgary Seniors Resource Society, and Carya) dedicated to enhancing quality of life and access to services and support for vulnerable older adults living in the City of Calgary. Our team connects with older adults in their own homes, or in convenient community locations.
