Making Room

Category: Support Group
Service Details
Description:

Making Room is designed for individuals experiencing difficulties with acquiring too much stuff and/or having a difficult time discarding things – this is often described as hoarding. Together we will learn why we get caught in this pattern, skills to reduce acquiring, skills to manage worry and distress around discarding and techniques to help organize belongings.

This group requires specific criteria in order to be registered. This is not a group for people concerned about others who over-collect or hoard, and this group is not about home organizing or related to programs you may see on television.
