iRIDE is a non-emergency service for seniors and adults with disabilities, helping them get where they need to go, including to medical appointments, grocery shopping, social appointments, or day programs.
Our vehicles are not designed to accommodate wheelchairs. Services may also not be provided to individuals who:
-Require lifting and/or weight bearing assistance
-Are unable to enter and exit vehicles independently, unless they have a personal escort to assist them
-Present with a behaviour that may put others/himself/herself at risk
-Are under the age of 18
