Description:
Our Nurse Practitioner can help with diagnoses, order and interpret tests, prescribe medication, complete specific procedures, and refer patients to specialists.
-Sexual Health & Reproductive Support.
-Physical & Healthy Living Support.
-Mental Health Support.
We can provide services to those without a family provider or work alongside your current provider.
We provide services to youth from the Town of Midland, the Town of Penetanguishene, the Township of Tiny, the Township of Tay, and Beausoleil First Nation.
