Description:
Our Parent Support Groups are confidential, no judgement, small groups of parents who meet to support each other, share valuable information, and connect with a community. These are hosted by two Family Peer Supporters who bring their own experience and wisdom, and knowledge of the services and resources.
Every 2nd and 4th Tuesday of the month from 6:30pm to 8pm: For parents of children to age 12, struggling with any mental health or addiction challenge
On the 2nd Tuesday of the month: we will offer a bilingual group
On the 4th Tuesday of the month: we will offer a focused topic group in collaboration with Open Doors for Lanark Children and Youth. A list of topics to come.

Registrant is a parent or caregiver of a child/youth who is facing mental health challenges.
