We are happy to provide free counselling sessions in a timely manner to support a variety of mental health needs. Sessions are one hour and supported by a friendly, knowledgeable counsellor. There is an option for phone, virtual Zoom sessions and in-person sessions for ease of access. We look forward to seeing you soon and want to you know that we are here and ready to help.
