Service Information

Covid-19 - Staying Connected While At Home - Central Intake
Organization: Champlain Community Support Network (CCSN)
Description:

This service provides opportunities for staying connected with others during the Covid-19 pandemic.

A variety of programs are available such as the Seniors’ Centre Without Walls (SCWW) program, a community outreach program to support vulnerable and isolated seniors who may find it difficult to leave home for extended periods of time.

Through the use of conference calls, SCWW allows you to connect with trained professional staff and other members of the community on a variety of topics. This helps people feel part of a community and create new and meaningful friendships.

One on one friendly visiting calls are also available, and a variety of virtual support groups.
