Acu-Detox auricular acupuncture supports mental health and substance use recovery. This practice is intended to balance the body’s energy and create a peaceful quiet space for healing.
Disposable needles are inserted into five acupuncture points on the ears while participants sit silently in a circle for 30-40 minutes. Reported benefits include:
• Reduced cravings for substances
• Fewer withdrawal symptoms
• Stress relief and relaxation
• Increased sense of well-being and more energy
• Connection to inner peace and strength
