Our Art of Kindness group is an opportunity for you to get in touch with your creative side, connect with others, and express and explore who you are and how we are connected through visual arts.

We believe everyone is a creative person and has unique ways of expressing themselves so previous experience is not required to participate. You can expect lots of encouragement, fun, acceptance and support in our group as we get our art on together!

This group has a new art project each session that has various prompts related to how we can incorporate kindness into our lives.

There is currently no Spring 2026 offering. If you would like to be on the waitlist for future offerings, please book a time to speak with one of our facilitators to learn more about the group.
