In the Building Resilience group, you will learn with others through facilitated content and group conversations to gain a better understanding of resilience and its importance to our well-being and develop tools to navigate and thrive in the face of challenges.

Together we will learn what resilience is, how to cultivate a more resilient mindset, stepping away from negative thinking patterns, motivation, and learn coping strategies for life's challenges.

Location: Bowmont Commons (5000 Bowness Road NW)
Dates: October 7th to November 9th (8 weeks On Mondays)
Time: 1:30pm - 3:30pm
